Lise Mckenzie
Lise has been working in the human services field for over twenty years. She provides mental health and emotional support services to females. Her goal is to support females' emotional growth, mental stability, and personal development through the development of the skills needed to lead healthy lives.
Lise also supports women with substance use challenges in reaching their goals.
"I believe there are multiple pathways to recovery and recovery is best defined by the individual in recovery. My work is to assist women in identifying their pathway."
Lise is a Licensed Social Worker Associate, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Flor Colon
Flor has been working in the human services field for over twelve years. Flor primarily supports women with substance use challenges in reaching their goals while supporting their emotional growth, mental stability, and personal development.

Flor is Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has a Masters degree in counseling. She is trained in recovery coaching and recovery coach supervising.
She also has experience working with adolescents, adults, seniors, individuals, couples and family within various setting including residential, inpatient, and outpatient care.

Holly Calamese-Grazette
Holly has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years.
Her primary clients are women. Her focus of work is goal oriented, and task focused to support women in their personal and emotional growth to become stronger and more confident regardless of their phase in life.

Jewell Simmons
Jewell's human service career began 23 years ago as an Advocacy Coordinator working at a teen living program for homeless pregnant and parenting teen mothers and their children.
During her tenure there, Jewell returned to her studies and completed her BSW in 2000 and MSW in 2001 and received her LCSW in 2005.
Her expertise includes facilitating groups for self-esteem, personal empowerment, independent living skills, and anger management, with females and co-facilitated Intimate Partner Abuse and Education Program groups for perpetrators of domestic violence.
Additionally, she served as a Field Advisor for students and employees using the Empowerment Model curriculum for Children's Trust Fund. As a Domestic Violence Advocate, she provided therapy sessions for individuals, trainings for employees and facilitated groups.
Currently she is a Domestic Violence Specialist and provides support, direction, and trainings for employees, collaborations with local DV and IPAEP programs and participates on High-Risk Teams.
Jewell has received certification from Simmons College in Relational and Multi-Contextual Treatment of Trauma and am CANS Certified to work with youth and adolescents.

Charline Clarke
Charline provides mental health and emotional support to females. She has 20+ years' experience working with individuals from various backgrounds. Her goal in your work together is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where you can focus on your emotional growth. Treatment is tailored to your specific needs.
You and Charline will work together to build on current strengths and coping skills. With solution focused next steps you will achieve the desired outcome of obtaining mental health stability. You and Charline will also work towards reaching your personal goals as healthy women, healthy daughters, healthy partners, and overall healthy individuals.

Justina M Malave
Justina has experience working with individuals from various backgrounds battling a multitude of
social issues. She provides support with managing mental health symptoms and guidance to individuals struggling and feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors.
Justina's goal is to be solution focused and provide the necessary tools, support and guidance to strengthen your mental health and daily functioning. She is committed to meeting people where they are, listen and guide them to sort out feelings of guilt, shame and anger. She assists individuals in learning coping skills to aid in daily functioning.
Justina is committed to help individuals build healthy relationships. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to be happy and in addressing their mental health they will become healthy
individuals.
